Crystal Palace midfielder Alassane N'Diaye is training with Swindon, with a view to a possible loan move.

Robins boss Paul Hart will run the rule over the versatile Frenchman, 21, who he knows from his time at Selhurst Park last season.

Hart last Thursday swooped for Palace team-mate Calvin Andrew on a month's loan as he looks to mastermind Town's escape from npower League One trouble over the remaining nine matches.

N'Diaye joined Palace as a free agent in the summer of 2008 and, having impressed for club's reserves, signed a three-year contract at the start of the 2009/10 season.

He has made five starts and eight substitute appearances for the Championship club in all competitions this term.

Meanwhile, Swindon have named a strong squad including Elliot Benyon, Lecsinel Jean-Francois and Kevin Amankwaah for Tuesday afternoon's reserve clash at Bournemouth.
