Ladies and gentleman, it's almost time.Deontay Wilder vs Tyson Fury 2 is just around the corner with the pair set to go toe-to-toe in Las Vegas on Saturday night. Therefore, with anticipation building, fans and professionals alike have undoubtedly reflected on the previous heavyweight fight, and Andre Ward has now offered his analytical thoughts. Ward, a former professional boxer, sat down with ESPN Ringside and discussed how the Gyspy King previously hurt his opponent back in 2018.The Bronze Bomber is synonymously-known for his devastating right hand, but Ward's pin-point analysis has highlighted Wilder's struggles in the previous bout.

"(Fury) landed the right hand and that's a big right hand. Now, watch the leg of Wilder, that right there lets you know that the punch hurt him," Ward explained.

He went on to add: "The legs always tell on a fighter."

A common criticism of Wilder is that he isn't the most defensively-sound boxer, as the American either fails to guard his face or opts to keep his arms by his side.

Within Ward's analysis, he highlights the minimal effect that Wilder's defence has and how Fury can capitalise upon this on Saturday.

"I see Wilder do this a lot. That left-hand wasn't out there to deflect his right hand. He needs to use his reach, use his arm - (pointing to his arm) this is a weapon."

As Ward exposed Wilder's weaknesses, Fury will be looking to right the wrongs from their previous meeting and claim what he believes is rightfully his. Despite being knocked down twice, Fury strongly believed that he should have stepped out of the ring with the heavyweight belt wrapped around his waist.

However, it wasn't to be, but it comes as no surprise that the Gypsy King is rather confident this time around. Fury was recently pictured at the press conference donning a suit which was formed of multiple pictures of himself.

Nevertheless, both undefeated fighters are putting their records on the line this Saturday and, hopefully this time, one of them will be suffering their first professional defeat.
