WWE really has felt like it has returned to 2010 in the last few of programming.
There have been several returns, such as John Morrison and MVP, who both made their re-appearances after many years away - the latter has signed up as a backstage producer.
Some superstars have also refreshed their images, with both Daniel Bryan and Sheamus returning to their early looks, and seemingly different attitudes.
And with WrestleMania 36 on the horizon, the scope for more old stars from the 2000s to come back is even higher.
It looks as though WWE have already made some moves to book some former wrestlers, and two that have apparently been contacted will be quite a surprise.

According to Mike Johnson of PW Insider, big heavyweight Brodus Clay and one of his former sidekicks Cameron will take some part of the festivities during WrestleMania weekend for WWE, per WhatCulture.
Clay departed the company in 2014, some eight years after first signing a developmental deal, and in that time he never won a championship with WWE.
First appearing on the main roster in 2011, Clay became Alberto Del Rio's bodyguard, but in 2012 he returned as a funk dancer, with Cameron and current SmackDown star Naomi as his cheerleaders.
He ended up adding Lord Tensai - now known as WWE Performance Center head trainer Matt Bloom - to his little stable, and the collection was pretty popular with sections of fans as 'Tons of Funk'.
The duo would split up in late 2013 following Clay's heel turn, and after departing WWE in 2014, he ended up in TNA Wrestling as Tyrus'.
Clay has also been a contributor on several Fox News Channel shows, including Un-PC, but his co-host Britt McHenry filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against him and Fox News in December 2019.
Despite that hanging over him, Clay looks set to appear at WrestleMania, where he will probably either be in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal, or perhaps he will be brought back as part of Naomi's WrestleMania run.
She is rumoured to be facing Bayley for the SmackDown Women's Championship, and a Funkadactyls reunion could very well be on the cards in Tampa!News Now - Sport News
