Manchester United cruised to victory against Watford on Sunday afternoon. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side won 3-0 against their relegation-threatened opponents thanks to goals from Bruno Fernandes, Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood. The first came from the penalty spot and United's January signing showed great composure to pass the ball past Ben Foster. He stuttered in his run-up, similar to Chelsea star Jorginho. Expect to see that style a few more times this season. The second goal was pure class, too. Martial was played into the box by Fernandes and after seeing his first shot saved, collected the ball on the byline, danced past a defender and chipped the ball over Foster. Absolutely brilliant. Check it out below:

Martial, that is naughty.

It's turning out to be a very good afternoon for Man United, as Greenwood added the third shortly after.

Although Fernandes won't officially be credited with the assist for his defence-splitting pass that set up Martial's goal, it's clear how much Solskjaer has been missing a player like him.

In fact, the boss claimed his club might have found their new Paul Scholes.

"He reminds me of Scholesy as a player but definitely a different type of personality off the pitch," Solskjaer said, per Goal.

"Against Club Brugge, when he’s on the bench, he walks around, he speaks to the players who start, he helps them, he gives them points.

"And the 10 minutes he played you could see that there’s a difference in our team.

"He’s another conductor and leader and winner. He wants to win. He doesn’t take 99 per cent as good enough and he’s impressed me.

"That’s something you see when you watch him but you don’t know about until you have him in your group. He’s been top class."

Very high praise from Solskjaer, but if Fernandes continues this impressive early form, it won't just be the manager singing his praises.
