Jurgen Klopp's side were 2-1 down going into the final 30 minutes at Anfield.
Georginio Wijnaldum gave Liverpool an early lead, but goals from Issa Diop and Pablo Fornals turned the game on it's head.
The Reds were knocking on the door but, with just over 20 minutes remaining, it looked like West Ham may hold on to an incredible victory.
But then Mohamed Salah equalised for Liverpool in what was an absolute howler by Lukasz Fabianski.

The Egyptian forward drilled in a shot from inside the box which should have been easily saved.
But it went through the Polish goalkeeper's legs and dribbled into the net.
