The Undertaker is reportedly heading to Saudi Arabia for this week’s WWE Super ShowDown despite not being advertised for the show.

WWE Super ShowDown is set to take place this Thursday at the Mohammed Abdu Arena on the Boulevard in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Despite WWE Saudi shows being known for their presence of legends from the past, The Undertaker will not be having a match at this year’s show.

However, according to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, via Wrestling Inc, The Deadman is still travelling to Saudi Arabia this week for the show.

Presumably, The Undertaker is travelling to Super ShowDown in order to set up, or at least kick off, his feud for WrestleMania 36 later this year in Tampa on April 5.

The Phenom is rumoured to be having a match with AJ Styles at this year’s Showcase of the Immortals in what many will view as a dream match.

The Phenomenal One will be competing at Super ShowDown later this week in the first-ever Tuwaiq Trophy Gauntlet match.

Styles will face off vs Rey Mysterio, R-Truth, United States Champion Andrade, Erick Rowan, and Bobby Lashley, and he is one of the favourites to win the match.

If Undertaker is going to be at Super ShowDown this Thursday, WWE could do a spot with him and Styles to set up their WrestleMania clash once the Tuwaiq Trophy Gauntlet match has concluded.

We’ll have to wait and see if The Deadman makes an appearance. If we do see him at Super ShowDown, there’s a strong chance we could see him again next week on Raw as well.

Styles is currently scheduled to face Aleister Black next week on the red brand. Could we see The Undertaker get involved in this match in some capacity? Possibly, but don’t bank on it.

The Undertaker hasn’t competed for WWE since 2019’s Extreme Rules where he teamed up with Roman Reigns against Drew McIntyre and Shane McMahon.

His last appearance on WWE TV was on September 10’s episode of SmackDown last year where he ended up chokeslamming Sami Zayn for interrupting his promo.

If The Phenom faces Styles at this year’s WrestleMania, it will be his first match at the Showcase of Immortals since he faced John Cena at WrestleMania 34 back in 2018.

Looks like the feud between The Deadman and The Phenomenal One could kick off later this week at Super ShowDown.
