BT Sport have released more than 15 minutes of unseen footage from Tyson Fury’s win over Deontay Wilder in Las Vegas last weekend.
Fury took home the WBC heavyweight belt after producing a brilliant display to beat Wilder in seven rounds.
And in BT Sport’s footage, we see everything from Fury adjusting his crown before his ring entrance to the post-fight dressing room celebrations.
We also see new angles from the fight, in which the Gypsy King dominated his opponent before it was called off in the seventh round.
It serves as another reminder of just how impressive Fury was. Wilder took an absolute beating.
Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay appears in the video and he’s seen advising Fury to “get it done in seven rounds” in an interview with BT Sport’s Steve Bunce.
Ramsay will have earned a few quid if he backed that shout at the bookies.
There’s also a clip of Fury backstage trying on the crown he will wear while sitting on a throne on the way to the ring.
It shows just how relaxed the British heavyweight was.
Only Tyson would start joking after spotting himself on TV.
“He must be mental,” his wife Paris says. “Well we know he’s mental, we’ve clarified that.”
We then get into the fight.
Fury was on Wilder from the get-go and easily took the first two rounds.
“You keep firing them man, nobody can take all those damn shots,” Fury’s team tell him.
“You know what’s going on.”
The beatdown continued and Fury’s victory was finally confirmed in the seventh round.
Afterwards, we hear analysis from former heavyweight champion David Haye.
“I didn’t know he could do that. I didn’t know he could take it to the hardest puncher in the heavyweight [division], possibly ever,” Haye said.
“Walk him down and beat him up and make his corner throw the towel in. This was extraordinary stuff.”
Fury is later seen speaking on the phone to his dad, John, telling him: “I was too strong for him, dad. I was 40lb heavier than him."
The heavyweight champion adds that he's only the second fighter to win the Ring magazine belt twice, after Muhammad Ali. So grab a drink and re-live that epic night once again.
