Juventus have it all to do after losing 1-0 in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie with Lyon.

The heat is firmly on Maurizio Sarri after another underwhelming performance.

Damningly, the Bianconeri failed to register a single shot on target in what has to be described as one of the most favourable draws they could have been given when the names were picked out of the hat.

Having been in spectacular form in 2020, even Cristiano Ronaldo was unable to find a breakthrough as he wasted free-kicks, ran into trouble and looked altogether predictable. But come on - even five-time Ballon d'Or winners are allowed the occasional off night.

Unsurprisingly, the Portuguese himself doesn't see it that way and he was visibly frustrated with his performance. So much so, in fact, that he pushed a pitch invader and looked furious at full-time despite his side still being favourites to progress to the quarters.

Paulo Dybala was similarly upset. We know this because, unbeknown to the Juventus pair, they were caught on camera airing their annoyances in the tunnel at half-time. RMC Sport captured footage of Ronaldo and Dybala speaking in Spanish and complaining about the Old Lady's midfielders.

Football Italia have provided the following translation:

CR: “We are left alone out there, the midfielders are giving us no support."

PD: “Nobody is getting the ball."

CR: “I know, not even the second balls, nothing."

Juventus fans aren't the only ones growing frustrated with Sarri-ball, then.

Ronaldo and Dybala must take some responsibility for the Italian champions' lack of creativity, though.

Players of their calibre ought to be stepping up to the plate when their team most needs them, not making snide comments about the midfield.

Miralem Pjanic and Adrien Rabiot were particularly culpable and neither survived the whole 90 minutes before being hooked off.

One has to wonder how that video has been received around the Juventus training camp.

Or perhaps they are all so frustrated with Sarri, if numerous reports are to be believed, that they would find themselves agreeing.

Ronaldo and co. will have to put it right in the return leg on March 17.
