Cristiano Ronaldo certainly enjoyed his return to the Bernabeu on Sunday night. The Portuguese forward, who scored an absurdly good 450 goals in 438 games over the course of nine unforgettable seasons with Los Blancos, watched on as his former club beat their fierce rivals Barcelona.Second-half goals from Vinicius Junior and Mariano Diaz sealed all three points for Madrid, who leapfrogged Barça into pole position in the La Liga table.Ronaldo watched the action unfold from one of the Bernabeu’s executive boxes. He had some rare free time on his hands after Juventus’s Serie A clash against Inter Milan was called off due to health concerns. And the cameras cut to the five-time Ballon d’Or winner after Vinicius broke the deadlock. Ronaldo applauded the Brazilian, who celebrated with a rendition of Cristiano’s famous ‘Siiiuu!’ celebration.Another video has also emerged featuring Ronaldo, who was forced to tell a spectator to stop filming him and focus on the game. After spotting the person filming him, Ronaldo put his thumb up before pointing towards the pitch. He then winks to the fan and puts his thumb up again.Watch the video here…

Ronaldo handled the situation perfectly.

Nobody wants to be filmed by another fan while they watch a football match - not even Ronaldo - and he politely made it clear to the spectator to pay attention to the players on the pitch, rather than him.

That fan probably paid a heck of a lot of money to be there - tickets for the Clasico certainly don’t come cheap - and he was missing some of the action by filming Ronaldo.

In fairness, that footage of Ronaldo has gone viral on social media, so the fan might think it was worth it.

But Cristiano’s reaction was spot on.

After the final whistle, meanwhile, Real Madrid fans sounded their appreciation for the 35-year-old legend by chanting his name.

The Bernabeu will always be his home.
