Football fans think Chris Waddle s**t himself on live TV during FA Cup quarter-finals draw

Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea and Leicester all secured their passage to the FA Cup quarter-finals this week.

But some big teams were knocked out in the fifth round.

Liverpool travelled to Chelsea still harbouring hopes of a historic treble winning campaign but those ended on Tuesday.

Willian and Ross Barkley scored either side of half-time to condemn Jurgen Klopp’s side to a 2-0 defeat.

And Spurs, despite playing an under-strength Norwich side, were sent packing after being beaten on penalties.

Despite the fifth round still not being finished – Manchester United will travel to Derby on Thursday evening – the draw for the quarter finals has already been made.

The tie of the round is Leicester City hosting Chelsea, while Man City will travel to Sheffield United.

The draw was hosted by Mark Chapman after Pep Guardiola’s side saw off Sheffield Wednesday.

But one of the former players making the draw, Chris Waddle, has been accused of having a rather embarrassing mishap live on air.

Martin Keown was speaking about Waddle when he looked guilty of something, before putting his hand behind his back.

Watch the footage below:

It’s unknown whether he did so or not, but football fans think Waddle may have s**t himself live on TV.

Others have said that he had his phone in his pocket and it went off which is why he reached to feel behind his back.

To be honest that is probably a more logical explanation.

But still, the incident brings back shades of Gary Lineker, who quite famously s**t himself against Ireland at the 1990 World Cup.

Incidentally, Waddle also started for England that game and was actually on the pitch when that happened.

Lineker been the subject of jokes from football fans ever since but he has always taken it quite well.

Maybe he won’t be the brunt of the jokes any more.
