Manchester United appear to be turning a bit of a corner under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. They’re within touching distance of the top-four in the Premier League, through to the last-16 of the Europa League and now have one foot in the quarter-final of the FA Cup.Solskjaer made several changes for United’s trip to Derby but dominated the first-half.But it took until the 33rd-minute for them to take the lead.Jesse Lingard saw his shot blocked, so did Bruno Fernandes, before Luke Shaw hit the ball into the ground as it looped up over Kelle Roos. However, replays showed the ball actually struck Lingard on the back which helped it bounce into the back of the net.He knew absolutely nothing about it but the ball touched him last so it’s his goal.

Given his goalscoring record, he will claim it!

Just minutes later, United were 2-0 ahead.

Shaw surged forward yet again and Odion Ighalo bundled his way into space before finishing into the bottom corner.

If United hold onto their lead, they will face a trip to Norwich in the quarter-final of the competition.
