This year, International Women's Day aims to encourage individuals to help create a gender equal world.
As said by the International Women's Day campaign, an equal world is an enabled world and we are all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day. With that in mind, there's no better time than this International Women's Day to embrace you strengths, meet with like-minded individuals and celebrate females across the globe.
If you're stuck for inspiration as to how to celebrate, here's our top picks of things to do this International Women's Day.
Cheer on England in Peckham
The team behind our favourite football X fashion mag, SEASON Zine, are hosting a double whammy event bringing you a Women's Day Lunch and SheBelieves meet-up.
#EachForEqual is the theme for this year's International Women's Day and SEASON Zine felt that this closely aligned with their own mission "to counter the fact that modern football culture is male, pale and sometimes stale, and to tell football and fashion stories (always one, sometimes both) that showcase, celebrate and empower women in football whether they play or not."
To celebrate the occasion, SEASON Zine are inviting those interested to connect over a Sunday lunch and then stay on to watch England take on Japan in Matchday Two of the SheBelieves Cup.
The event is sponsored by Daye, who make sustainable tampons infused with CBD oil - and attendees will be gifted samples to take home!

Get a sweat on in Manchester
What better way to feel like a true queen than to dance like Beyonce? The School of SOS in Manchester are hosting an International Women's Day Workshop event, suitable for women of all ages and ability levels.
Taught by five of the SOS BOSSES, you'll be strutting to, as they put it, a sass-fuelled dance routine that's bound to get your pulses racing. As well as learning all the relevant choreo, you'll also benefit from an inspiring talk on all things 'bossing life' and get the chance to network with likeminded females.
50% of all proceeds from the IWD Workshop will go to the Manchester Women's Charity, Emmeline's Pantry, who help women and their families access the things they need most, such as food and toiletries.
As the SOS BOSSES say; 'See you on the dance floor, Manchester Queens!'
