This International Women's Day GiveMeSport Women celebrated by recording an episode of The Tired Women In Sport Podcast hosted by our very own Benny Bonsu, head of women's sport.

After a brief discussion of the must-know women's sports headlines, we get the low down on the T20 World Cup and find out what's been going well and what's been going not so well as it draws to a close.

Then we talk about the proposed USA Gymnastics settlement for the women and girls abused by the team doctor Larry Nassar. It's been two years since he was sentenced, and yet there has still been no investigation and the proposed settlement doesn't require one either.

In fact, no one within the organisation would have to take responsibility for a lack of safeguarding as the terms mean the governing body doesn't have to reveal who knew about the abuse and who covered it up. Simone Biles is tired of it and so are we.

When it comes to what else we're tired of this week it includes everything from a controversial pair of trainers to International Women's Day itself (tune in to find out exactly why!).

We also talk about what we are loving too, like Heather Watson's Mexican Open win that saw her re-enter the world's top 50 for the first time in five years.

We'd love to hear what you think of The Tired Women In Sport Podcast from you so tweet us and let us know your thoughts and what you'd like us to cover in the future.
