Following her win at Elimination Chamber, Shayna Baszler is now officially booked to face Becky Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 36, but she created WWE history in the process as well.

Shayna Baszler defeated Asuka, Liv Morgan, Natalya, Ruby Riott, and Sarah Logan to win the women’s Elimination Chamber match at the Elimination Chamber show last night.

The Queen of Spades has now earned the right to face Becky Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship at this year’s WrestleMania in Tampa, Florida on April 5.

Baszler did a lot more than just win the Elimination Chamber match last night, she created history in the process, as she accomplished a feat which we have never seen before in the history of Elimination Chamber.

After eliminating Asuka, Morgan, Natalya, Riott, and Logan from the Chamber last night, Baszler became the first superstar in WWE history to win a Chamber match by eliminating every single other superstar in the match.

Braun Strowman is the only other superstar that has come close to achieving this feat, as he eliminated five superstars from a single Elimination Chamber match in 2018.

However, Strowman didn’t win this match as this was the first Elimination Chamber match to feature seven superstars. Roman Reigns pinned The Monster Among Men last to win after he eliminated all the other superstars in the match.

Baszler put on a dominant display at Elimination Chamber, eliminating every single superstar in the match with the same finish, the Kirofuda Clutch.

We’ll have to wait and see if it was the right decision for WWE to book The Queen of Spades so strongly, but now she’ll go on to face The Man for the Raw Women’s title at WrestleMania.

This is a match WWE fans have been wanting for a couple of months now, and there’s a strong chance Baszler could win as Lynch is rumoured to be taking some well-deserved time off after this year’s Showcase of Immortals.

Baszler looks strong heading into WrestleMania after achieving a feat no other superstar has accomplished in the history of the Elimination Chamber.

Now, only The Man stands in the way of championship glory.
