Anthony Martial has been one of the main beneficiaries of Manchester United's upturn in results.

Since January signing Bruno Fernandes made his debut at Old Trafford, the Red Devils have gone unbeaten and Martial has returned to the goal-scoring form we saw during his debut season.

In fact, Martial is now just one strike away from matching the 2015/16 tally that saw him become a sensation at the 'Theatre of Dreams' under Louis van Gaal.

His confidence in front of goal this season has far surpassed the previous three campaigns in which he scored eight, 11 and 12 times respectively.

It goes to show that the Frenchman thrived from being the main man in Marcus Rashford's absence, scoring six of his total 16 strikes since the turn of the New Year.

Martial's brilliant form

Yes, there are still inconsistencies in his game, but you can't level too much criticism against Martial when he's scoring in crucial fixtures against Chelsea and Manchester City.

But aside from his raw goal-scoring, Martial seems to be enjoying his game more than ever and has amassed some seriously impressive highlights across the year.

In fact, that's so much the case that a montage dedicated to Martial - originally compiled by YouTuber Manie HD - has focused on clips from 2020 alone to illustrate just how much he's kicked on.

Martial ending careers in 2020

Over 150,000 fans watched the original 10-minute skill show and it's been aptly titled: 'Anthony Martial is Ending Careers in 2020!'

And when you start to see the United star drifting past world-class defenders like they aren't even there, you understand the label more and more. So, do yourself a favour and check it out:

Is Martial the most underrated dribbler in the Premier League?

Assuming Martial can avoid a long-term injury, you can bet that this season will be his most prolific in English football and will hopefully serve as an ignition switch.

For all the magical moments in that debut campaign, you have to say that Martial is yet to realise his potential at United and fans will hope his recent form is going to change that.

At the end of the day, Martial is still relatively young at 24 years old and could enjoy some fantastic peak seasons if he continues to improve under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

But even if Martial has already reached the peak of his powers, United still have one of the most exciting forwards in the Premier League who could thrive for them year after year.
