CM Punk has fired back at a WWE who says he’s still angry about never being in the main event of a WrestleMania during his time with the company with two interesting photos.CM Punk left WWE in 2014 after becoming unhappy with the company due to how he was being treated health-wise, as well as how he was being booked. In terms of booking, one reason why he was unhappy with WWE was due to him never being in the main event of a WrestleMania.Since then, Punk has made his return to wrestling, just not in-ring with the WWE. Instead, he appears as an analyst on Fox Sports’ WWE Backstage show.Recently, the former WWE Champion reacted to a tweet of Seth Rollins pointing at a WrestleMania sign, with the words ‘postpone already’ edited into the picture.Punk tweeted: “They gotta stop pointing at that f**king sign,” which sparked a fan tweet at him that he was just mad he never got to main event WrestleMania during his time with the company.

In response, Punk posted two very interesting images with the caption: “The hell I didn’t.”

The first image of Punk was when he was part of John Cena’s gangster entrance at WrestleMania 22 for his WWE Championship defense against Triple H, a match which was the main event of the show that year.

The second image of Punk is from his match against The Undertaker at WrestleMania 29 which stole the show despite not being the main event that year.

Cena vs The Rock for the WWE title was the final match of the night instead, but many fans have claimed Punk vs Undertaker was the match which they loved the most from that night.

As for if Punk will ever return to WWE to potentially finally receive a main event spot at WrestleMania that’s billed as one, the man himself hasn’t ruled out a return completely, but he has said bridges need to be rebuilt in order for it to happen.
