Like the rest of European football, La Liga's season has been thrown into chaos by the coronavirus pandemic.
It's hoped that the postponement of Euro 2020 by a year will leave the summer clear to complete domestic fixtures.
In Spain, it's particularly disappointing that games have been suspended when the campaign was looking so finely poised.
Barcelona lead Real Madrid at the top by just two points, while there are just two points between Sevilla, Real Sociedad, Getafe and Atletico Madrid in the battle for Champions League football.
We can only hope that at some stage, it'll be safe to return and complete the season.
In the meantime, everyone within the professional game is feeling a little lost.
Premier League clubs started by playing noughts and crosses on Twitter, but over in La Liga, they've had had a better idea.
YouTuber Ibai Llanos came up with a plan of a 20-team FIFA tournament and Marca have now listed the finer details on who will be representing each team, in order of their current standings in the table:
Barcelona: Sergi Roberto
Real Madrid: Marco Asensio
Sevilla: Sergio Reguilon
Real Sociedad: Adnan Januzaj
Getafe: Jason Remeseiro
Atletico Madrid: Marcos Llorente
Valencia: Carlos Soler
Villarreal: Manu Morlanes
Granada: Jose Antonio Martinez
Athletic Club: Gorka Guruzeta
Osasuna: Ruben Garcia
Real Betis: Borja Iglesias
Levante: Carlos Clerc
Alaves: Lucas Perez
Real Valladolid: Pedro Porro
Eibar: Edu Exposito
Celta Vigo: Kevin Vazquez
Real Mallorca: Alex Pozo
Leganes: Aitor Ruibal
Espanyol: Adri Embarba
We can't wait for a rather unconventional El Clasico between Marco Asensio and Sergi Roberto.
Nobody knows whether the duo's skills on the console are on par with their on-field abilities, so there's a very real possibility the table is going to look very different to reality.
Perhaps we'll have Eibar storming to the title through the thumbs of Edu Exposito with Real Madrid going down - who knows.
Or maybe Marcos Llorente will take heart from his last game in real life when his brace knocked Liverpool out of the Champions League.
There are certainly worse ways to spend this period of isolation and uncertainty.
