Renee Young has posted a hilarious clip of her being jumped and attacked by her husband, AEW’s Jon Moxley, over a roll of toilet paper.Many people have been taking part in the toilet paper challenge across social media amid the coronavirus pandemic, which involves trying to juggle a roll of toilet paper as many times as possible.WWE’s Renee Young was recently challenged by AEW’s Shawn Spears to take part, so she decided to try and juggle a roll of toilet paper on a hockey stick as many times as possible. She also challenged Cesaro, Beth Phoenix, and Brodie Lee to take part in the challenge.Unfortunately, the Backstage host only managed to juggle the toilet paper once before it fell to the floor, calling the attempt ‘terrible’.However, before Young could do a second attempt at the challenge, she was kicked in the face by her husband and AEW wrestler Jon Moxley, who then proceeded to steal the toilet paper and escape the scene.With people being urged to stay at home in order to slow down the spread of the coronavirus around the world, it’s great to see Young and Moxley doing their bit, as well as having fun whilst staying at home.Due to the Fox Sports Studios shutting down thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, the typical format for WWE Backstage has not possible, leaving Young with not much to do.However, she and fellow host Paige did take part in a watch along of two classic WWE matches last Thursday.They watched the first-ever NXT Women’s Championship match between Emma and Paige and Becky Lynch vs Sasha Banks vs Charlotte Flair from WrestleMania 32.
Another Backstage show will take place next week on Tuesday and Thursday, and this format will continue for the foreseeable future until the Fox Sports studios reopen.
As for Moxley, he did appear on AEW Dynamite this week in a backstage segment outside the arena which was hosting the show, but since he wasn’t medically cleared to compete, he wasn’t allowed to enter the arena.
