'The Cobra' has said he would be more than happy to face AJ behind closed doors.

The fight is currently scheduled for June 20 in London, where Joshua will be defending his IBO, IBF, WBA and WBO titles against the Bulgarian.

However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, there is a strong possibility that the fight will be pushed back- potentially to a date of July 25.

The main issue isn't the significant event itself. Instead, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium will no longer be available for the date of June. All boxing events are currently suspended in the UK by the British Boxing Board of Control who released a statement on Monday.

"Following further Government and Medical Authorities advice the British Boxing Board of Control has decided that the suspension of Boxing Tournaments under the BBBofC jurisdiction remains in place until the end of April when further consideration will be given.

"We will continue to follow the Government and the Medical Authorities advice and keep the situation under review. The BBBofC would like to emphasise our thoughts are everyone affected by Covid-19."

The UFC has decided that they will go ahead and have events without attendants. This may be something that promoters in the UK look do as well.

"You see what the situation is, the whole world must adjust to it," stated Pulev- whose professional record stands at 29-1.

"There's no problem (if the fight is) to be without spectators. Everyone would be at home, they can pay-per-view, so I don't see any problem financially.

"The show could be lost a bit without fans, but it can still happen. After all, it's a world championship, which must take place.

"I'm ready for June 20, July 25, whenever they say."

Despite Pulev's comments, Eddie Hearn- who promotes Joshua- has stated he will not entertain the idea of his fighter going to war without fans in attendance.
