Roman Reigns has pulled out of WrestleMania, refusing to perform amid the coronavirus outbreak.
According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, the 34-year-old does not feel comfortable competing and feels he's at higher risk of catching the virus after his battle with leukaemia.
WWE have reportedly honoured his request to pull out and he will be replaced by someone else - who it is, is not clear at this time.
The Big Dog was set to fight Goldberg for the Universal Championship, which would have likely main-evented one night of WrestleMania.
Following Reigns' decision to pull out, plans for the show are in chaos.
It's reported that many more superstars are upset with the idea of WrestleMania going ahead they way it is.
But as it stands, it will still air over two nights on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 of April.
The Showcase of Immortals is currently being pre-taped at WWE's Performance Center and Reigns doesn't want to risk his own health by filming there.
His decision comes after a second battle with blood cancer in 2018, which saw his immune system lowered during treatment.
The Big Dog returned to the ring one year later, but understandably is putting his own health first.
WWE are said to have been very accommodating of his request to pull out and accepted his decision instantly.
But it leaves WrestleMania in chaos.
Inserting someone else into the Universal Championship match is going to look bizarre, but from WWE's point of view, Goldberg does need to battle someone for the top belt.
As if the show wasn't already going to be strange enough over two nights with no audience, things have taken another turn.
Surely it wouldn't be out of the question to suggest postponing WrestleMania now? But as it stands, things are going ahead.
