The Rock has named his wrestling Mount Rushmore, but he was unable to give four clear names for the special honour, as he believes many wrestlers deserve the recognition of being one of the greatest of all-time.Throughout time, many wrestlers have made an impact in the wrestling business and have helped change it for the better, whether that be with WWE or with any other wrestling promotion from around the world.Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Bruno Sammartino, Bret Hart, Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, The Undertaker, Sting, Triple H, Trish Stratus, Lita, John Cena, Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho. The list goes on and on.Then you have modern-day examples like Becky Lynch, Cody Rhodes, and Roman Reigns that are doing their bit to help change wrestling today who, in a few years, will be looked backed upon fondly and appreciated. To come up with just four names for a wrestling Mount Rushmore is a difficult task for any person, and it’s a task that even The People’s Champion wasn’t able to complete. While doing a Q&A on his Instagram, The Rock revealed who he would pick for his wrestling Mount Rushmore. He was able to name the first three people on his wrestling Mount Rushmore quickly. These were Stone Cold Steve Austin, Ric Flair, and Hulk Hogan. However, he couldn’t decide on who his fourth wrestler would be, as he found it hard to pick between Buddy Rodgers, Bruno Sammartino, Macho Man Randy Savage, and Dusty Rhodes. The Great One went on to explain why each person deserves to be on the wrestling Mount Rushmore.

He said, via Wrestling Inc: "You always want to pick people who have had the most impact on the wrestling business, who have moved the bottom line, but also, most importantly, they just have this intangible, this X-factor, where they can connect with the crowd and connect with an audience.

"And the bottom line is with those three individuals that I mentioned – Hogan, Austin, and Flair, they really moved the company's bottom line. They moved the NWA's bottom line, the WWF and the WWE's bottom line.

“In terms of drawing power, these were the biggest draws in the history of professional wrestling and that's all that matters.

"You can have 15 world titles and 27 other kinds of titles that you have nowadays, but the bottom line is how strong can you draw, and are you selling arenas out and are you breaking records.

“Really, that's the bottom line, and those three guys have. I think Sammartino did for a very long time. Bob Backlund had an incredible run too as well."

What about The Rock himself? He says he’s at the back, the part which you don’t get to see.

"Where am I on Mount Rushmore? I would say I'm on the back of Mount Rushmore," The Rock answered. "That's the part you don't see. I'm on the back all by myself and I'm raising my eyebrow and 'If you smell!' and I'm doing all that sh-t. That's me on the back."
