When WWE decided to revive their Tough Enough reality television format in 2011, the results were far from spectacular.

Of the 14-strong cast who took part, very few ever made much impression on the world of professional wrestling after the show concluded.

The writing was soon even on the wall for eventual winner Andy Leavine, who was the recipient of a Stone Cold Stunner from show host Steve Austin within moments of being announced as the victor (giving the watching audience a swift insight into how much the company thought of his potential!)

Amidst much that was instantly forgettable, though, was a truly hilarious moment involving Austin and contestant Ariane Andrew.

On the very first episode of the season, Austin was in the process of deciding which competitor would be eliminated from the show - having shown the least potential during the early stages of the competition.

Andrew found herself at risk of elimination, with Austin openly questioning her passion for the wrestling business. In an effort to find out more about Andrew's knowledge of the industry before making his decision, Austin asked the young hopeful to name her favourite match.

"My favourite match is with Melina and Alicia Fox," came Andrew's response.

As you will see in the clip below, Austin's reaction is priceless, the multiple-time WWE champion rendered speechless by the absurdity of the response he had just received. Suffice to say, Andrew did not move on in the competition.

Having researched the match in question, it would seem that Andrew is referring to a bout between the pair at SummerSlam 2010 - in which Melina successfully defended her Divas Championship against Fox.

The scarcely-remembered match was third on the card that night, and lasted a little over five minutes. Hardly the recipe for an all-time classic!

That Andrew would give such a reply to a superstar such as Austin, who has numerous legendary matches against the likes of Bret Hart, The Undertaker, Triple H and The Rock was absolutely incredible.

Even if Andrew had wanted to go down the route of a match involving female competitors, she could still have gone with a match such as Trish Stratus vs Lita, for example. Quite honestly, anything would be an improvement on the answer she chose to give!

Ironically, though, things turned out significantly better for Andrew than the rest of her Tough Enough colleagues.

Immediately following the conclusion of the season, Andrew signed a WWE developmental deal. She remained part of the promotion's development system until a 2012 call-up to the main roster.

Andrews was then given the in-ring name of Cameron, and paired with Naomi to form The Funkadactyls - who would serve as valets for Brodus Clay for several years. Cameron also served as a regular character on Total Divas reality show from 2013 until 2015.

Andrew remained under WWE contract until her 2016 release, ending a five-year association with the company.

Not a bad run at all for somebody who made a pretty awful first impression!
