Night one of WrestleMania 36 is in the books.

WWE’s biggest event of the year is a little different this time around and in the words of the company themselves, the show is ‘too big for one night’.

In reality, the ongoing coronavirus situation has forced WWE to call an audible. Rather than cancelling or postponing WrestleMania, it’s airing over two evenings this weekend.

The Showcase of the Immortals has been pre-taped at the Performance Center in Orlando, as well as a number of other locations, but there will be no audience.

Quite unique right?

Despite being backed into a corner, WWE have certainly made the best of a bad situation and night one of WrestleMania went off without a hitch.
