Whether you agree with it going ahead or not, WrestleMania 36 is officially in the books.Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, it all felt rather surreal this weekend, with both Saturday and Sunday nights playing host to 'Mania, seeing the removal of NXT: TakeOver.Although there were no fans in attendance, and due to that, no atmosphere whatsoever, WWE and the WWE superstars all deserve major credit for putting on a show that will long live in the memory.It won't just be remembered for the year coronavirus struck, either. It will be remembered for the iconic matches, the memorable gimmick matches, the right results, and just the feel-good factor; exactly what WrestleMania should do.So after the success of the first night, where The Undertaker and AJ Styles stole the show, all eyes turned to night two and to whether or not they could step up from Saturday's performances. Spoiler, they stepped up. They stepped up big time.So, without further ado, here is our rankings of every match from night two of WrestleMania 36.You may agree, you may disagree, but just remember, it's all about opinions.
Not worthy
Otis vs Dolph Ziggler - Okay, it's a feel good story, and it was kind of a WrestleMania moment, but should it be a match on the Grandest Stage of them All? No, we don't think so. Great that Otis won and got his moment with Mandy Rose, but it's not worthy of WrestleMania.
Aleister Black vs Lashley - Aleister Black is going places, and will 100% one day deserve his spot on a 'Mania card, but this weekend wasn't the time. No one really cares about this match, so it's comfortable to say it's not worthy. Black is the future, though. Believe that.
Pre-show worthy
Raw tag team title match - Nothing wrong with the match at all, but it's one you'd expect to watch on the pre-show rather than the actual main card. Interesting to see Bianca Belair teaming up with The Street Profits, though, and whether that will stay for the foreseeable future.
SmackDown Women's title match - Considering only two people were ever likely to win the match in a five-way, it didn't really feel that big. You could immediately rule out Tamina, and it was unlikely that Naomi or Lacey Evans would get the win. A possible feud between Bayley and Sasha Banks is exciting, but the match should've been a pre-show match.
PPV worthy
Charlotte vs Rhea Ripley - Very close to getting to 'Mania worthy, but it just falls one short this time around. Two fantastic in-ring performers and a brilliant battle between the two; a lot better than the other two women's title matches. Charlotte winning hasn't gone down great, but Ripley is the future, and she'll have her time. Overall, a very good match and two very good performances.
'Mania worthy
John Cena vs Bray Wyatt - WWE have done it again! Just one night removed from the Boneyard Match, they went and delivered again with the Firefly Funhouse match. You couldn't take your eyes off it for one minute, and for that reason alone, it was 'Mania worthy. Bravo to WWE, and bravo to Bray Wyatt and John Cena. Very fun indeed.
Edge vs Randy Orton - Do we really need to say anything about this one? It may have gone on too long, near enough 40 minutes, but my word it was elite story telling throughout. Edge and Orton have just got it. When they work together, it's superb. It's 'Mania worthy all day and all night.
Brock Lesnar vs Drew McIntyre - What a great moment; what a great WrestleMania moment. Drew McIntyre toppling Brock Lesnar will be remembered for years to come, and it's truly 'Mania worthy. Exciting times ahead with McIntyre as champ, and a lot of credit goes to Lesnar as well.
So there we have it, there are our rankings from night two of WrestleMania, and going by our rankings from night one, it seems that the better night overall was Sunday.
