WrestleMania is the Christmas Day of any WWE fan's wrestling calendar.

With WrestleMania 36 occurring just last weekend, albeit in very weird circumstances, WWE fans have ranked every WrestleMania before it, ranging from the very first event in 1985, to WrestleMania 35 from last year.

Ranker and its readers have created a list of 'Manias in order of worst to best; see if you can count how many you've watched.

35-26

35. WrestleMania 11 (1995)

34. WrestleMania 9 (1993)

33. WrestleMania 27 (2011)

32. WrestleMania 32 (2016)

31. WrestleMania 2 (1986)

30. WrestleMania 2000 (2000)

29. WrestleMania 34 (2018)

28. WrestleMania 29 (2013)

27. WrestleMania 7 (1991)

26. WrestleMania 33 (2017)

35-26 Summary

Ranker's readers have unsurprisingly decided that 1995's WrestleMania 11 is the worst 'Mania of all time, with a main event of NFL linebacker Lawrence Taylor against Bam Bam Bigelow.

As well as some of the earliest WrestleManias, this section of the list also includes a few of the more recent events, which have been scrutinised for their poor booking decisions and an uninspiring main card.

25-16

25. WrestleMania 35 (2019)

24. WrestleMania 15 (1999)

23. WrestleMania (1985)

22. WrestleMania 8 (1992)

21. WrestleMania 4 (1988)

20. WrestleMania 13 (1997)

19. WrestleMania 12 (1996)

18. WrestleMania 25 (2009)

17. WrestleMania 23 (2007)

16. WrestleMania 22 (2006)

25-16 Summary

Another mixed bag of old and new events, with the most recent 'Mania on the list, 35, featuring at the lowest end of this section.

As well as some truly awful matches, this part of the list surprisingly features matches which are often said to be some of the best to ever happen.

WrestleMania 12's hour-long 'Iron Man' match between Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart is often ranked very highly, WrestleMania 25's Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker is often touted as the greatest match of all time, while Edge vs Mick Foley at WrestleMania 22 is no doubt one of the greatest hardcore matches ever.

15-6

15. WrestleMania 5 (1989)

14. WrestleMania 6 (1990)

13. WrestleMania 21 (2005)

12. WrestleMania 14 (1998)

11. WrestleMania 28 (2012)

10. WrestleMania 10 (1994)

9. WrestleMania 26 (2010)

8. WrestleMania 31 (2015)

7. WrestleMania 18 (2002)

6. WrestleMania 3 (1987)

15-6 Summary

This portion of the list no doubt features some of the most iconic matches to ever take place inside WWE's squared circle.

WrestleMania 5's clash of the giants between Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage is often seen as one of the most important matches in WWE history, while WrestleMania 14 marks the beginning of the 'Austin Era', which many fans see as the most enjoyable period of WWE TV to ever happen.

This section of the list also features the more recent WrestleMania 31, so it's nice to see that WWE have managed to impress in the last 5 years.

5-1

5. WrestleMania 30 (2014)

4. WrestleMania 24 (2008)

3. WrestleMania 20 (2004)

2. WrestleMania 19 (2003)

1. WrestleMania 17 (2001)

5-1 Summary

The upper end of this list is chock-a-block with some of the greatest matches and events in WWE history. 2014's WrestleMania 30 is the highest ranking 'Mania of the last decade, which included the end of The Undertaker's streak and the culmination of Daniel Bryan's 'Yes!' movement.

WrestleMania 24 also featured the much loved final match of the 'Nature Boy' Ric Flair against Shawn Michaels. It's also impossible to deny the effect that matches like WrestleMania 20's Eddie Guerrero vs Kurt Angle and WrestleMania 19's Brock Lesnar vs Angle have had on the wrestling landscape.

Unsurprisingly, WrestleMania 17 comes in at first place, with the monumental main event 'No Disqualification' match between Stone Cold and The Rock... truly a match and event for the ages.

It would've been interesting to see where WWE's latest WrestleMania would fit in on this list, but one thing's for sure, it was nothing like anything we'd seen before.
