You don't win 13 Premier League titles without catching your opponents napping now and then, but two players taking a free-kick at the exact same time? That's just bonkers.
Or so it would seem. The whole concept appears incredibly complicated on paper but United actually gave it a bloody good go back in August 2001 away at Aston Villa.
Club legends David Beckham and Ryan Giggs - two players renowned for their set-piece prowess - hovered over a dead ball and then appeared to make contact at the exact same time.
It almost worked as well, with Villa goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel forced into a one-handed save. Had it gone in, it would have been one of the cleverest goals in Premier League history.

It was either miscommunication or very, very clever. Beckham and Giggs must have worked tirelessly on the training ground to execute the move had it been the latter.
On closer inspection of the footage, it does appear as if it's Giggs who makes the final contact with the ball, making Beckham possibly the most obvious yet elusive 'decoy' ever.
Manchester United's ingenuity from set-pieces has been present for many years, with the likes of Dennis Irwin, Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo the finest exponents.
Even in the 2019/20 season, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side have been keeping the tradition alive after scoring from a brilliantly worked set-piece routine versus Manchester City.
Bruno Fernandes' cheeky chip was expertly volleyed home by Anthony Martial to put the Red Devils 1-0 up.
It's not quite at the level of Beckham and Giggs, but it wasn't far off!
