Jamie Carragher will never forget March 10, 2018.
Carragher was at Old Trafford that day working as a pundit for Sky Sports for Manchester United vs Liverpool.
Unfortunately for him, Liverpool would come away from the game empty handed as they were defeated 2-1.
And Carragher's reputation took a huge blow as he drove away from the stadium.
The Liverpool legend was taunted by Man United fans as he made his way back home.
And Carragher let emotions get the better of him as he ended up spitting at another car, hitting a 14-year-old girl in the process.
He was eventually suspended by Sky Sports and was forced to make a public apology.
"You can't condone that behaviour no matter what, in any way shape or form, no matter wherever you are, or who you represent," Carragher said.
"It was a moment of madness that is difficult for me to explain. Watching it back, it almost feels like an out of body thing, that madness for four or five seconds. No matter what the circumstances for anyone, you can't behave like that.
"All I can do is apologise as much as I possibly can, because obviously I can't go back. I've done that with the family and hopefully they accept that and I'd like to apologise again to them if possible."
Carragher eventually made his punditry return and he's still working for Sky Sports today.
The 42-year-old, despite his apologies, will always be remembered for that spitting incident.
And he was reminded about it today in an awkward exchange on Sky Sports.
Carragher appeared on Sky Sports' 'The Football Show' on Tuesday morning alongside Gary Neville.
And during the show, presenter Kelly Cates awkwardly told Carragher that 'spitting is disgusting'.
"Alright Jamie, if you have a player that makes a really terrible challenge... that's disgraceful. If you have a player that spits... that's disgusting," Cates said.

Neville couldn't contain himself as he jumped back in shock, before letting out a laugh.
Carragher, meanwhile, remained unfazed.
Cates, who is the daughter of Kenny Dalglish, almost definitely wasn't referring to that spitting incident involving Carragher two years ago.
But it was still very awkward nonetheless...
