However, as this footage from the stands prove, Ronaldo’s cheeky celebration did *not* go down well with the home fans, who reacted by shouting all kinds of Spanish insults at Madrid’s No. 7.
Ronaldo’s goal saw Real Madrid take a giant leap towards their first La Liga title since 2008.
Furthermore, this was Barcelona’s first home defeat in 55 games.
Just six days later, Guardiola announced that he was bringing an end to his spell as Barça head coach.
"The reason is simple: four years is enough,” he told reporters.
"I'm drained and I need to fill up. The demand has been very high and a manager must be strong."
