Yeovil boss Terry Skiverton will have midfielder Luke Ayling available for the home clash against Carlisle.

The 19-year-old Arsenal academy graduate sat out the wins at Exeter and Leyton Orient after accumulating 10 bookings for the season, but will come back into contention to face the Cumbrians.

Fellow midfielder Paul Wotton will be available again following his return from a hamstring injury against Orient on Saturday, although striker Sam Williams is unlikely to be risked despite making good progress in his recovery from a shoulder problem.

Skiverton has no fresh injury or suspension concerns to worry about and is unlikely to make many changes following a run of two successive wins.

Recent signing Martin Gritton could be added to the squad but will have to be content with a place among the substitutes.

Loanee Shaun McDonald netted a first-half hat-trick at the weekend, while fellow loanee Jonathan Obika also impressed and both look set to continue.

Carlisle manager Greg Abbott could be tempted to rest several players, with Sunday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy final in mind.

The Cumbrians take on Brentford at Wembley next Sunday and lost 2-1 to the same side in a league clash on Friday when Abbott rested key striker Francois Zoko.

Fellow forward Ben Marshall started on the right at Griffin Park with Craig Curran in a central position and they will be looking to cement their places.

But Abbott could recall Zoko to boost his side as he has yet to give up on a late charge for the play-offs.

Harry Arter, on loan from Bournemouth, is hoping to retain his place in the starting line-up.

Striker Rory Loy, fit-again defender Danny Livesey (hamstring), Hull defender Liam Cooper and fellow loanee Liam Noble, from Sunderland, are all pressing their cases for recalls in time to impress ahead of the Cumbrians' date at Wembley.
