Pro wrestlers have been re-inventing and evolving their profession for over a century now.

From Frank Gotch suplexing the sport into the mainstream, to AJ Styles delivering phenomenal displays to a worldwide audience week in week out, things are constantly changing.

These days, every WWE Superstar boasts an impressive move set - hell, they need one to keep the crowd on side - such is expectation these days.

But what are the coolest manoeuvres we've ever seen in pro wrestling?

We're not just talking finishers either, but instead, the most exciting moves ever pulled off inside the squared circle.

WWE has attempted to answer that question by ranking the top 50 'coolest manoeuvers' in history. Check out their list below:

That list is full of some legendary moves and you can read WWE's full write up here.

But we do have a few issues with their rankings.

How is Orton's RKO 11th on the list when Diamond Dallas Page's Diamond Cutter doesn't even make the top 50? That seems absurd.

Triple H's Pedigree is also absent, which will surely cause some contention amongst WWE fans.
