The eternal debate over which midfielder was better between Paul Scholes, Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard will never be settled.
Manchester United fans will always say Scholes was the best of the trio, Liverpool fans will say the same for Gerrard, while Chelsea supporters will always back Lampard.
All three of them were outstanding midfielders - among the best in the world at their respective peaks - but one of them has far more winners’ medals than the other two.
Scholes boasts an astonishing silverware collection thanks to his 20-year playing career at Old Trafford.
The technically-gifted midfielder won 11 - ELEVEN! - Premier League titles, three FA Cups, two League Cups, one FIFA Club World Cup and two Champions Leagues.
It’s not just United fans who rate Scholes as an all-time great, either.
Many legends have spoken in glowing terms about the ‘Ginger Prince’, from Zinedine Zidane to Lionel Messi to Pele.
All of this doesn’t necessarily mean that Scholes was better than Gerrard or Lampard - but it certainly adds weight to the argument.
Gerrard was obviously an unbelievable player but, unlike the other two, he never managed to land his hands on the Premier League trophy.
He came agonisingly close in 2014 but his infamous slip against Chelsea (which was six years ago to the day on Monday) played a significant role in Liverpool’s failure to secure their first league title since 1990.
Back in 2017, before he entered the world of management, Gerrard provided punditry on Champions League matches for BT Sport.
He was a pretty decent pundit, too, although one comment about failing to win the Premier League sparked a priceless reaction from Scholes which United fans still fondly remember today.
That little wry smirk said it all. No words were necessary.
With one subtle facial movement, Scholes immediately became an even bigger hero in the eyes of United supporters.
