Vince McMahon is known for being perhaps the most ruthless and hardest-working businessman in the world.

After all, you don't build a worldwide sports entertainment company from the ground up and amass a $2 billion worth by being lazy.

Despite being on top of the game for decades, McMahon still won't stop - and his son-in-law Triple H revealed last year just how much work still dominates his life.

"[Vince] has the most incredible work ethic of any person I have ever seen," he said, per the Daily Star.

“It's impossible to hang with him on a long term basis. It's crazy: he still trains every day, still does everything but he's hands-on, on so many things."

So, it seems when he's not concentrating on running WWE, Vince is spending the rest of the time working out.

Don't believe us? Well, earlier this week, Sheamus revealed that McMahon is his dream workout partner because even at 74 years old, he's a 'machine'.

"The guy’s a machine, mate. I’ve heard stories of him squatting nearly 700 pounds, which I can’t do. I don’t think I’ve ever been able to squat 700 pounds!" Sheamus told JOE

"He’s insane in the gym, he’ll train sometimes at two o’clock in the morning. He’s someone I think I would love to have as my 100th episode of Celtic Warrior Workouts."

That's absolutely mental. For context 700lbs (or 317kg) looks like this on a bar:

Seven 20 kg plates
One 5 kg plate
One 2.5 kg plate
One 1.25 kg plate

Utter madness. The man is 74 years old and still working out regularly. But what exactly does his regime include?

According to an article published by Rippeder, Vince has been known to pump iron up to four times a week, alternating between 'heavy' and 'not-so-heavy' days.

Those four days include working on his chest and triceps, back and biceps, delts and legs. WWE's CEO really is putting us all to shame.
