Paris Saint-Germain will be crowned champions of France for the third consecutive season.
After the 2019/20 Ligue 1 campaign was ended due to the coronavirus pandemic, French footballing authorities have decided to finalise the table based on points-per-game.
With PSG 12 points clear of Marseille at the summit, Thomas Tuchel's side will secure the country's top footballing prize with ease.
It was yet another campaign of dominance from the Parisian outfit, with the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Angel Di Maria and Neymar tormenting defenders every week.
But one man who played no part in PSG's title triumph will still be rewarded with a winners medal in due course.
That man is Jese Rodriguez. The Spaniard made a brief one-minute cameo from the bench against Metz back in August before joining Sporting Lisbon on-loan a few days later.
But as reported by AS, LFP regulations state that Jese's fleeting appearance means he qualifies for a winners' medal.
The 27-year-old can add the accolade to his two Champions League, one La Liga and one Copa del Rey medals picked up during his time with Real Madrid - triumphs that he also played very little part in.
Despite not receiving game time with Los Blancos, everyone was well aware of Jese's enormous potential when he joined PSG in 2016.
It was supposed to be the move that kickstarted his career, but instead his reputation has nosedived dramatically in the four years since.
Failed loan spells at Stoke, Las Palmas and Real Betis didn't exactly help his cause, with Jese having made a grand total of 16 senior appearances for PSG at the time of writing.
However, when he calls time on his career he'll be able to show off a medal collection superior to some of the greatest to have played the game.
Jese has two league titles under his belt while Steven Gerrard has zero. Criminal, isn't it?
