UFC 249 came to our screens this weekend to give us a much needed distraction from the real world and the current ongoing coronavirus pandemic. And boy did it deliver.Whether it went ahead rightly or wrongly, UFC president Dana White put on one hell of a show, and even though there was no atmosphere there due to no audience, it was still one for the ages.Calvin Kattar's absolutely brutal elbow knockout of Jeremy Stephens was worth staying up for alone, but truly, that was just the start of things. As well as that brutal knockout, UFC fans were treated to Henry Cejudo picking up an impressive, albeit controversial, victory when his fight with Dominick Cruz was stopped seemingly early. Not only that, but he also announced his retirement from the sport immediately after. Then there was the main event, where Justin Gaethje dismantled and bullied Tony Ferguson for five straight rounds before the referee waved off the fight. However, what is seemingly getting the most attention post-UFC 249 is Francis Ngannou's brutal and quick knockout of Jairzinho Rozenstruik. The fight was a measly 20 seconds old when Ngannou landed a brutal shot to down his opponent, before then delivering another whilst he was resting on the cage.Night night, that was all she wrote.

Now you can see why he's being spoken about a hell of a lot on social media today!

It's not just UFC fans that are in awe of Ngannou and his knockout, however, as legendary boxing figure Mike Tyson took to his Twitter account to send his congratulations message.

Iron Mike wrote: "Resounding ... vicious .... future champ. #FrancesNyngonu 20 second knockout 2nite #UFC249"

Ignoring the fact Tyson completely butchered Ngannou's second name, it will still be pretty special for him to see Iron Mike tweeting about him like that.

Of course, the two have been filmed shadow boxing together previously, so maybe Tyson will take credit for the resounding knockout.
