Eddie ‘The Beast’ Hall has posted a video of his body transformation after performing 100 sit ups every day for 30 days.

The former World’s Strongest Man took on the challenge in his current attempts to drop bodyweight and get fitter.

At the start of the challenge, Hall weighed 385lbs (175kg).

He didn’t find it easy.

“It’s hard. Really, really hard,” he said after day 5. “I find myself getting to about 40, 45 reps and then I really slow it down. I managed 65 today.”

Hall will go head-to-head in a boxing match against Hafthor ‘Thor’ Bjornsson in Las Vegas in September 2021.

And so the aim between now and then will be preparing his body for a boxing.

That body transformation though…

At the end, Hall estimated he lost 8 kilograms during the challenge and his physique was much improved.

He plans to continue doing sit ups, as well as swimming, cycling and boxing, in order to get in shape to fight Thor.

The two are bitter rivals, with Thor recently breaking Hall’s deadlift world record, and the trash talking ahead of their 2021 fight has already started.

“Eddie Hall has been running his mouth now for weeks and I know he has been given the same contract,” Thor said, per the Mirror.

“So Eddie, I just knocked out your record. And now I’m ready to knock you out in the ring."

It wasn't long before The Beast replied.

"I hope you're happy, because I'm happy," he said. "I get to make a load of money and I get to step in the ring with you and do business which is absolutely fantastic."

It’s hard not to think that this is going to be an absolutely must-watch spectacle.
