Despite the coronavirus single-handedly ruining the majority of 2020, the good news is that it seems both the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X will still be released later this year.

There was major doubt hanging over both consoles due to the ongoing pandemic, but both Sony and Microsoft have made it very clear that the virus won't stop them from releasing their next-gen consoles, with both set to be released in the holiday season.

For Sony it is all about the PS5, whilst for Microsoft, they turn their attentions to the Xbox Series X.

Not too long ago a demo was released that showed us what the graphics will actually look like on the PS5, and now there is a video that shows us what the graphics will look like on the rival console; the Xbox Series X.

Unsurprisingly, the graphics look incredible for the PS5, but if you're an Xbox gamer over a PS gamer, you are in for a treat as well.

Xbox took to their official YouTube channel to post a video showing what the gameplay will look like on the Xbox Series X, and it's safe to say they look just as good as their rival console.

The video, which is titled 'Xbox Series X - First Look Game Footage - Games Trailer', has already raked up over 500,000 views, with 20k people opting to give it a thumbs up.

Sadly, 4k people decided to give it a thumbs down, but we're not sure why, the graphics do look truly remarkable.

In the description of the video, Xbox wrote: "Check out the best moments from the first look at next-gen game footage for Xbox Series X.

"The future of gaming begins with trailers and sneak peeks from publishing partners and independent developers across the globe and industry, including the first gameplay trailer for Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. And this is just the start, as we'll be showcasing many more games that'll take advantage of the power of Xbox Series X in the leadup to launch.

"Games Optimised for Xbox Series X will take advantage of powerful Xbox Series X features that make games look and feel incredible, including 4K resolution at up to 120 frames per second, DirectStorage, hardware-accelerated DirectX raytracing, super-fast load times and much more.

"Power Your Dreams."

So if you haven't already, take a look at the two-minute video clip and fall in love with what's in store for us later this year.

The Xbox Series X cannot come soon enough!
