Unless you've been sleeping under a rock for the past month, you will know that Mike Tyson could be making a return to boxing in the near future.

'Iron Mike' has been regularly posting video clips of himself back in the gym and back working the pads, and it's safe to say he looks in incredible shape.

Despite now being 53 years old, the American looks just as good as he did back in his prime, and he hasn't lost a yard of pace or an inch of power either.

A couple of clips have gone viral in the past fortnight showing just how deadly Tyson still is when he's got gloves on his hands, and it's no surprise that a lot of people are saying he could easily make a successful comeback.

The question on everyone's lips, though, is who will he make his comeback against?

Well, there's plenty of fuel behind the speculation that he will share the ring with Evander Holyfield for a third time, with his long-term foe also returning to training and posting a couple of clips of himself inside the gym.

However, there are other options available to Tyson, and one of them is taking a step into the world of Bare Knuckle Fighting.

Popular organisation Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship have already made one offer to Tyson, but it's believed that was rejected. However, they are now willing to offer the boxing legend more than $20m to step into their world, and a potential opponent could be none other than Wanderlei Silva.

Speaking about the possibility of Tyson fighting in their organisation, president David Feldman told MMA Fighting: “I didn’t offer that (to Ortiz). I don’t know that it really draws.

I think a Wanderlei Silva, someone of that nature. No matter how old Silva gets, he’s dangerous, and I think that would be an intriguing matchup.

"Something like that, but I don’t actually have anything in mind right now.

“First, I want to see if we can make the Mike thing happen, period, and then we’ll start talking opponents. We’re not successful yet in making that Mike thing happen, but I don’t think the door’s shut.

“He did say no immediately, but I think there’s room there.”

So if you are new to BKFC, you might not even know who Wanderlei Silva is, but we can assure you, he is simply terrifying.

Just look at that highlight package above and tell us you aren't afraid of him! That's just a four-minute clip as well, there's plenty more of that throughout his glittering career.

If, and it's a big if, Mike Tyson does choose to step into the world of bare knuckle fighting, he's going to have a dangerous competitor waiting for him in Wanderlei Silva.

Maybe stick to the gloves and take on Holyfield. It'll be a lot safer.
