Mike Tyson revealed, via his podcast, to the extent of his sexual endeavours during the height of his boxing fame in the 1990s and the new millennium.
The former boxing heavyweight champion outlined in great detail how this wild lifestyle cost him both in and out of the ring.
'The Baddest Man on the Planet' has hit the headlines in recent weeks, going viral for his training for a potential return to the ring.
'Iron Mike' has been linked with fights against Shannon Briggs, who claims the fight is as good as confirmed, as well as a potential trilogy fight with Evander Holyfield.
Tyson has fielded challengers from all four corners of the globe. However, he claims his supporters will be stunned when the fight’s announcement is finally made.
On his Hotboxin’ podcast, Tyson said: “I was having so much sex that I was too tired to even go to the gym and work out. I'd just stay in my cell all day.
“You can’t f*** girls like you used to when you were young.
“You can’t be having bitches around like you do when you were young. They f*** up money, I didn’t know that.
“They were fun then, but when you’re older they ain’t fun no more. F***ing all day ain’t fun no more, you want some f***ing money, you know what I mean.”
Tyson called time on his in-ring career in 2005, having filed for bankruptcy two years prior. The boxer earned over $300 million during his illustrious career.
Tyson explained, again on his podcast, where he dwindled the money away.
“Giving people money like f*** everybody, party with everybody and f*** their mothers, their sisters and their cousins... orgies. I was crazy.
“I was so sick and I had no idea I was so sick. I bought a lot of cars for girls too.
I was out of control drinking, gorging on food, f***ing women.
Iron Mike’s former manager Rory Holloway has also gone on record to claim that Tyson’s womanising was possibly the biggest reason behind his downfall as a boxer.
He stated: “I knew there was nobody in the ring who could stop him.
“The only reason he may not go down as the best is because of his weakness for women. Every decision he made was around women and sex.
“I knew it would catch up with him, and it did. I don’t think there is a single person alive who could’ve changed the outcome.”
