Golf courses have started reopening in the UK as the government eases lockdown regulations.

However, after months stuck inside unable to practise, there are probably a few rusty swings out there.

But we might have just come across something that will help your game massively.

We introduce the swingless golf club.

The world’s first swingless golf club, designed by EZeeGolf, can propel a golf ball anywhere from 50 to 200 yards with the push of a button. No swing required.

The club has been designed by a former aerospace engineer and will help those incapable of hitting the ball straight while giving a chance to those who aren’t physically capable of hitting long shots.

The club is likely to cost you around $1,000, though.

YouTuber Rick Shiels tested it out and the results are pretty remarkable.

You can even angle the face of the striking plate to produce a draw or fade.

PowerGolf club state that their aim is to allow "millions of former golfers, non-golfers and physically limited that remain on the sidelines to enjoy the game.”

Golf expert Jeff Nicholson insisted this could be a massive help to many amateur golfers.

"This club could really help people of all skill levels get on the course," he said.

"Obviously you can't use it at a tournament or for competitive play but when you're out there with your buddies trying to have a good time, this club is perfect. That's what it's all about, getting new people into the game and having fun."

A swingless golf club isn’t the only invention that can help you during a round.

That’s because Polara Golf have created a golf ball that flies straight.

The company have developed a ball that significantly limits the damage of your wayward shots. Polara claim that a ball that normally slices 100 feet would only about 25 feet with the exact same swing.

The ball features shallow and deep dimples, which lower lift, reduce drag and enhance weight distribution.

“This reduction in lift translates directly into a reduction of the force tending to cause the ball to curve from a straight trajectory, resulting in a hook or slice,” Polara say.

A swingless golf club and a ball that only flies straight. Golf suddenly became a whole lot easier.
