Jadon Sancho scored his first professional hat-trick at the weekend as his stock rose yet again. The 20-year-old scored his 15th, 16th and 17th goals of the season against Paderborn as he showed off his incredible potential. Those 17 goals go nicely with the 17 assists he had already registered this season. It means Sancho joined a very exclusive club of scoring 15 and assisting 15 in a single season. That feat has only been achieved by four players in Europe’s top five leagues since Opta stats began in 2006/07.Considering there are still six Bundesliga matches remaining this season, that is pretty astonishing. But who are the other four players to have achieved it? Ok, you can probably guess two of them…

Lionel Messi

Obviously.

Messi actually became the first player in history to officially reach 1000 combined goals and assists.

Probably the greatest passer and finisher ever, Messi has reached 15 goals and registered 15 assists on four occasions - 2010-11, 2011-12, 2014-15 and 2015-16.
