The Championship season may be due to resume in the coming weeks, but that won't stop clubs from planning ahead for the summer transfer window.
Leeds United are firmly on track to secure promotion to the Premier League and as such will be keen to identify potential targets to help them adapt to life in the fast lane once again.
However one former player will not be part of the new-look side.
According to Football Insider, Leeds United will not be making a move to re-sign Aaron Lennon.
Speculation started to suggest that Marcelo Bielsa's side could be tempted to bring back the former prodigy who burst onto the scene at Elland Road in 2004.
Lennon made 41 appearances before joining Tottenham Hotspur as an 18-year-old, where he enjoyed arguably the best spell of his career.
The pacy winger currently plays for Premier League side Burnley, however after a frustrating spell at Turf Moor it seems that his days are numbered with his contract due to expire at the end of the season.
But while he's bound to attract significant interest, it appears that a romantic return to West Yorkshire is not one of the options on the cards.

It could be a big summer for Leeds United.
With a return to the Premier League more than likely, it's time for Marcelo Bielsa and Victor Orta to start putting plans in place to ensure that the team is up to scratch.
While securing promotion from the Championship is a massive achievement, the step up in level when going to the top flight is huge and so it'll mean that big changes are needed if they're to adapt to life in the top flight.
Aaron Lennon was certainly one of the Premier League's top players during his time at Tottenham Hotspur, but more recently at Everton and Burnley he hasn't been able to recapture the sort of form that put him in the reckoning with England.
Lennon may have something to offer the team, but I'm sure there are stronger targets out there which will be a better fit for Marcelo Bielsa's high intensity system.
