The Premier League is one of the hardest competitions in the world for a manager.
Arsene Wenger and Sir Alex Ferguson are incomparable greats of the past whose 20-year reigns are unlikely to ever be replicated and stepping into their shoes has proven an impossible task.
Frankly, lasting an entire season at your post in England's top flight is an achievement in itself because clubs aren't afraid to bring down the axe on struggling head coaches.
You only need to look at Manchester United and Arsenal deciding to cut ties with David Moyes and Unai Emery despite giving so much time to their aforementioned predecessors.
And there are even extremes like you see at Watford with Javi Gracia being sacked hardly a month into the season before his replacement - Quique Sanchez Flores - met the exact same fate.
Premier League manager woes
Chelsea have taken on a similar policy under the ownership of Roman Abramovich with Jose Mourinho's initial three-year stint proving the longest of any coach in his era.
Then there's the legendary tale of Crystal Palace deciding to sack Frank de Boer just four games into the 2017/18 campaign, coaching more friendlies than he did competitive ties.
What we're trying to get at here is the fact we don't envy Premier League managers in the slightest and it's inevitable that some have crumbled under the pressure in the dugout.
Worst Premier League managers
So, bearing that in mind, the Daily Mail decided to investigate which managers have suffered the most by compiling the wins rates of everybody to have overseen at least 10 games.
The aim of the game? To find out the worst manager that each Premier League club in the competition's history has ever had.
The stats are just the stats, so you might actually think your club's worst manager since 1992 has in fact dodged a bullet, but you can check out the full breakdown below for argument's sake.
Painful blow for Solskjaer
Talk about a Hall of Shame.
Look, let's address the elephant in the room: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. The poor Norwegian has the unlucky distinction of being down as both United and Cardiff City's worst Premier League boss.
While we don't have much sympathy for his time in south Wales, we are inclined to cut him some slack in his most recent job given the long-term project he's trying to execute.
Besides, United are on the up at the moment and must be ruing that the recent break has kneecapped their momentum.
Other unlucky coaches
In terms of the other top six clubs, their recent success means that each of their bottom bosses tend to be from prior eras with Gerard Houllier, Ian Porterfield and George Graham on the list.
Then there's managers like Eddie Howe and Ian Holloway at Bournemouth and Blackpool who, well, are on the list for being the only people to ever coach those clubs in the Premier League.
