Konstantinos Mavropanos is nearing the exit door at Arsenal with a large transfer scramble emerging.
The Greek defender is currently on loan with Nurnburg in Bundesliga 2 where football has already started again despite the Coronavirus pandemic.
However, Goal suggests that the youngster may now be heading out the door on a permanent basis with numerous clubs in Germany interested in his services.
It’s reported that more than five Bundesliga clubs have already registered an interest in signing the 22-year-old permanently once the window opens.
However, a sticking point could be the fact that Mavropanos actually wants to stay at the Emirates Stadium.
Goal claim Arsenal are in need of building funds this summer so selling the Greek centre-half isn’t out of the question.

Mavropanos looked the real deal on his debut for the Gunners when he put in a commanding display at Old Trafford for Arsene Wenger's outfit.
The Greek completed 92% of his passes, registered three interceptions and also made four clearances according to WhoScored. However, his career has never taken off in north London.
He was sent off against Leicester towards the climax of the 2017/18 campaign and then featured just five times under Unai Emery. He is yet to play for new manager Mikel Arteta.
To say he’s flopped since arriving is probably an understatement. He’s struggled for fitness, missing 32 matches because of two separate groin issues.
It will come as no surprise if Mavropanos is one of the first out the exit door in the summer, especially if there is such widespread interest.
Arsenal are in need of a commanding centre-back to spearhead their defence in the Arteta era – the Greek, unfortunately, is not that. They must sell as soon as they can.
