Daniel James will not be leaving Manchester United on loan this summer, according to Manchester Evening News reporter Dominic Booth.Reports in The Sun had suggested that the 22-year-old was being lined up for a new contract at Old Trafford, ahead of a potential loan move to continue his development.James moved to United last summer from Swansea City in a deal worth £15million and has very much exceeded expectations.In 37 appearances in all competitions, James scored four goals under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and established himself as a first team regular.With the club reportedly keen on moves for players such as Jadon Sancho and Kai Havertz, it cast doubt over the long-term plans for the Welshman.But according to Dominic Booth, the winger is certain to be a part of Solskjaer's plans next term.
He tweeted: "I'm told there is no chance of Daniel James leaving Manchester United on loan this summer.
"Talk of a new contract is also a little premature, but Solskjaer sees him as a huge part of his plans."

After securing a dream move from Swansea City to Manchester United, it seemed that the winger had his work cut out to really make the grade at Old Trafford.
But instead of being a bit-part player like many expected, the 22-year-old has proven himself as a reliable part of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's plans.
A regular first team player, James has shown flashes of brilliance in his debut season.
While he could probably improve on his end product, there's no doubt that James has done enough to stick around next term.
A loan move doesn't make much sense, particularly with next term potentially being the making of the Welsh star.
