And as the Premier League gears up to return on June 17, we decided to experiment with the FIFA ratings and see which of the division's stars come out on top when you combine all their stats.
Futbin.com allows us to find each player's total when their 29 in-game attributes are rolled into one, thus revealing who the Premier League's most 'complete' footballers really are.

30. Heung-min Son (Tottenham Hotspur) - 2,153
Not only is Son a complete footballer, but he proved with his 'Best Performer' award in South Korean military training that he's pretty complete in everything that he does.
29. Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool) - 2,156
Defenders are pretty disadvantaged when it comes to this metric, but Alexander-Arnold - unlike many - bucks the trend for being so devastating in the final third.
28. Ricardo Pereira (Leicester City) - 2,160
Ooooh. This will sting for Liverpool fans. Pereira has been a real hit for Leicester this season, though we'd rather have Alexander-Arnold on our right defensive flank any day of the week.
27. Jesse Lingard (Manchester United) - 2,161
Yeh... this one is tough to agree with when Lingard, despite being a top player, has failed to produce a single goal or assist in the Premier League since the first half of last season.
26. Sergio Aguero (Manchester City) - 2,161
While Aguero might be let down by poor defensive and midfield stats - shock horror - there's no doubt that his finishing and shooting data has helped elevate him into the top 30.
25. Ruben Neves (Wolverhampton Wanderers) - 2,167
We like to think that at least 2,000 of Neves' in-game total is actually for his long shots alone.
24. Fred (Manchester United) - 2,167
At the time Fred was given these stats, it would have seemed pretty outrageous, but the Brazilian has saved his United career with a strong second season to make this place look deserved.
23. Lucas Torreira (Arsenal) - 2,175
Torreira, however, would probably struggle to justify placing above Fred and we haven't really seen the best of the Uruguayan since his first few games under Unai Emery. Make of that what you will.
22. Giovani Lo Celso (Tottenham Hotspur) - 2,185
Some Spurs fans are acting as though Lo Celso is the second coming of Gareth Bale, but the jury is out until the Argentine can consistently offer a final product in the Premier League.
21. Joao Moutinho (Wolverhampton Wanderers) - 2,188
The second Portuguese Wolves midfielder in the top 30 and anyone who's seen Moutinho play knows why he's come out so favourably when we're looking at 'complete' players.
20. Ilkay Gundogan (Manchester City) - 2,196
Speaking of which, Gundogan is a locomotive engine in the heart of Pep Guardiola's footballing machine and one of the most underrated players in their back-to-back Premier League wins.
19. Fabinho (Liverpool) - 2,200
Jurgen Klopp seems to be a master of making everybody think that a Liverpool signing has flopped, only to prove six months later that he's turned them into a boss. Fabinho is one of those players.
18. Sadio Mane (Liverpool) - 2,200
Mane is arguably the in-form player in Liverpool's front three right now and a Ballon d'Or contender in his own right, so it's pretty hard to argue with 18th place.
17. Jordan Henderson (Liverpool) - 2,202
It makes sense that the man leading the charge in the PFA Player of the Year award would place so highly and it's nothing less than he deserves after a brilliant season as skipper at Anfield.
16. Marcos Alonso (Chelsea) - 2,202
Alonso is something of a derided figure at Stamford Bridge, but his lethality in the final third and 'some' defensive qualities means it should come as no surprise that the Fantasy Football legend features here.
