Adama Traore has been warned off the idea of completing a summer move to Liverpool by his former boss Tony Pulis.
The Wolves star is reported to be a top target for Jurgen Klopp's side as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season.
The winger has made quite an impression since moving to Molineux from Middlesbrough in the summer of 2018.
Over the course of this season, Traore has scored four goals and created seven for Nuno Espirito Santo's side.
It's the Spaniard's unstoppable pace and power that makes him a unique prospect that is attracting the attention of clubs such as Liverpool and Barcelona.
One man who can take a huge amount of credit for Traore's development is Tony Pulis who took the Spaniard under his wing during their together at Middlesbrough, and according to the experienced manager it's key for the winger to continue improving under Nuno Espirito Santo.
Speaking to Stats Perform News, Pulis said: "He's gone to Wolves - we didn't want to get rid of him at Middlesbrough, but the only problem was the finance. He went to the right club, stepped up and has murdered it.
"I think he can only get better. His temperament and personality is first class.
"His next step, I speak to him now and then, his next step is to get a place in the Spanish side.
"I'll be quite content for him, and I said this to him, to settle down. He seems happy at Wolves. He's playing under a manager that's confident with him and gives the respect Adama needs.
"But Adama's big challenge is seeing if he can get a place in the Spanish team and keep it."

A move to Liverpool would no doubt be an exciting signing.
Adama Traore is one of the most entertaining players in the Premier League with his raw pace and power capable of causing problems for any defender in the world.
His technical skills are a little bit hit and miss, but given the physical attributes that he brings it more than makes up for it.
While he might not be a regular starter under Jurgen Klopp, Traore would certainly play a valuable role for the Reds as they once again look to compete on several fronts next term.
Wolves may be reluctant to let him leave but given his technical limitations you'd imagine that they could be tempted to let him go for the right price.
