Everton have been offered the chance to sign Bournemouth's Ryan Fraser this summer.

The winger is currently rated at £15.7m by Transfermarkt but it looks as though the 26-year-old will become a free agent with his contract expiring at the end of the month.

According to The Times, the Scot has rejected a short-term contract for the rest of the season. That means he may have already played his last game for the Cherries.

Fraser's worry, per the report, is that he'll get injured and therefore, deny his chances of securing a bigger move once the window opens.

The Scotland international has been offered to Arsenal as well as the Cherries by the player's agent. Previously, it's been claimed he'd want £100k-a-week.

Premier League clubs may well target cheaper deals this summer due to the Coronavirus pandemic so Fraser would fit the bill well for teams like Everton.

GIVEMESPORT'S Matt Dawson says...

Fraser has become one of the most hit and miss players in the Premier League. Last term, he was a creative genius, taking players on at will as he registered 15 assists in all competitions.

At one stage, he ranked alongside Eden Hazard for successful chances created. However, this campaign he only has four assists.

He also seems to have a happy habit of doing well against Everton. The pacey wide man scored against the Toffees earlier this season and ripped Sam Allardyce's team to shreds in 2017/18.

Fraser netted twice in a 2-1 win for Eddie Howe's side at the Vitality Stadium as the Scotland international also played three key passes and performed a solitary dribble.

Everton have plenty of wingers at their disposal, including the likes of Alex Iwobi, Bernard and Theo Walcott. However, none create chances at the type of level Fraser does.

This term, he's registered 1.6 key passes per match. Only Lucas Digne and Gylfi Sigurdsson have more in the entirety of Carlo Ancelotti's side.
