Liverpool take on Everton next weekend.

It really is that close and the Reds are gearing up for a potential title party.

Of course, Manchester City kick off Project Restart on Wednesday, taking on Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium.

Should they lose that game, the Reds will only have to win against their Merseyside rivals to be crowned champions at Goodison Park.

If that scenario doesn’t come to pass, Jurgen Klopp’s men will only have to wait until the following Wednesday, when they take on Crystal Palace at Anfield.

Of course, it will be behind-closed-doors, but one has to imagine that there will still be a few socially distanced beers sunk when the title is finally won.

It will surely happen and now GIVEMESPORT has taken a look at the best headlines surrounding the Reds.

Liverpool could simply go from strength to strength this summer if this report from le10sport is anything to go by!

The French outlet reports that the Reds are currently leading the chase to sign Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho.

He has scored 20 goals in all competitions this season and is courted by a number of clubs; Manchester United and Real Madrid are both interested in securing his signature.

Sancho is keen on a return to England, per the report, and he is viewed as a possible long-term successor to Sadio Mane, who could well leave the club.

Klopp is said to have personally identified the winger for a transfer so one has to imagine that this could develop into something of a saga.
