Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Eric Dier’s salary demands have been revealed by journalist Nicolo Schira.
Spurs are said to be in talks with the England international as they attempt to extend his current deal.
And he has told Spurs that he would like to receive €5 million (£4.4m) per year to sign on the dotted line.
That equates to £86,272-per-week.
Dier, per Spotrac, currently earns £60,000-per-week at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, so is seeking an increase of £26,000-per-week.
The 26-year-old’s current deal expires at the end of next season but he has been a regular under Jose Mourinho since his appointment as manager, making 11 Premier League appearances.

Tottenham shouldn’t be giving Dier a new deal at all, let alone handing him a raise.
Dier has been in poor form throughout the season; he is too slow to be a truly effective defender, he isn’t subtle enough in possession to be an effective midfielder, his positioning is all over the place, and he has not been a key player for quite some time.
Indeed, if one were to write out Spurs’ best team when everyone is fit, Dier might not even make the bench.
Handing him a wage increase of just over £26,000-per-week equates to £1.35m.
It is money that Spurs should not be spending, especially on a player as limited as Dier.
