Paul Pogba will ignore transfer speculation to stay at Manchester United this summer, according to Adnan Januzaj.

The midfielder is regularly linked with a move away from Old Trafford with both Real Madrid and Juventus said to be long-term admirers.

A fallout with former manager Jose Mourinho led to speculation about his long-term future at the club, with more reports suggesting that he could be on the move again this summer.

However according to his former teammate Adnan Januzaj, it's likely that the France international will stick around for the new season.

Speaking to Het Nieuwsblad, via Sky Sports, Januzaj said: "I think he will stay.

"Paul and I are still close.

"We have known each other since we were kids when we were in the United academy.

"Our families are also friends and we all keep in touch. That will never change."

GIVEMESPORT'S Phil Spencer says...

The future of Paul Pogba just continues to be a topic of discussion.

To be honest, it's getting a bit tiring.

Adnan Januzaj says that he expects Pogba to stick around at Manchester United this summer, but that won't stop the constant speculation over his future.

If the midfielder is keen to stay then he should come out and say as much, otherwise it's just going to be the same old uncertainty again.

To be honest, Paul Pogba's form over the last two seasons hasn't justified the sums of money being discussed with regards to a move to Real Madrid or Juventus, so to see them pay huge sums seems unlikely.

The best thing that he could do is focus on his football next season and help Manchester United to challenge at the top of the table.

If he can do that and secure a move next summer then everyone wins.
